4. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in Jamaica).
  • Shipping times vary by location. International orders may experience delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses.
  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Used, worn, damaged, or customized items are not eligible for return unless defective upon arrival.
To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.
