These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services located at www.billsbikeshop.com (the “Site”). By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase on our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility

2. Products & Availability
We sell bicycles, cycling gear, parts, accessories, and related services. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without prior notice.
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, colors, and specifications, but we do not guarantee complete accuracy. Errors may be corrected without prior notice.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods offered at checkout.
Payment must be completed in full before orders are processed. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, incomplete payment, or suspected fraud.
4. Order Processing & Shipping
- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in Jamaica).
- Shipping times vary by location. International orders may experience delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.
- You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses.
- Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Used, worn, damaged, or customized items are not eligible for return unless defective upon arrival.
To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
- Interfere with the security or functionality of the Site.
- Impersonate others or provide false information.
- Reproduce, distribute, or misuse content from the Site without permission.
